SORIN POSESCU
Sorin is a professional geologist with over 25 years of experience in natural resources exploration and development. Sorin has worked for major to junior resource companies throughout USA, Canada and Europe, including Petrom, NovaGold Resources, Sierra Geothermal and Brixton Metals. Sorin was instrumental in a series of geothermal resource discoveries in Nevada with Sierra Geothermal Power which was later acquired by Ram Power. Sorin served as Vice President of Exploration for Brixton Metals from 2012 to 2020 where, during his tenure he was instrumental in leading a series of discoveries at the Thorn Cu-Au-Ag project in B.C., Canada. Sorin was the founder of a precious metals royalties private company which later was acquired by a publicly listed royalties company. Sorin has extensive experience in M&A and strong background in corporate and project valuation. He has served on multiple boards as Director for both private and publicly traded resource development companies. Sorin is a registered Professional Geologist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario, Canada.
MIHAI DRAGULEASA, CPA
Mihai is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with over ten years of accounting experience. He earned his CPA in Vancouver, British Columbia, while working in the multinational public accounting firms Deloitte and Ernst & Young. Mihai’s mining related financial work experience at Deloitte and Ernst & Young included due diligence reviews, audits and tax recoveries projects for large and medium mining companies. Mihai is the principal of Lazuli CPA Inc, a professional accounting corporation providing tax, financial statement compilation, CFO services to mining companies, and other accounting related consulting services.
BONNIE BROMAN
Bonnie has over 15 years of experience in the natural resource sector most often working in remote exploration sites throughout Alaska and Montana – including the Ambler Mining VMS District, the Nixon Fork high grade skarn gold mine, and the Black Butte Copper deposit. Bonnie holds a Master’s degree from the University of Alaska – Fairbanks completing a geochemical and geo-metallurgical study of the Arctic volcanogenic massive sulfide deposit located in the Ambler Mining District on claims now controlled by Ambler Metals LLC – a joint venture between Trilogy Metals Inc. and South 32 Limited; and an undergraduate degree from Appalachian State University in North Carolina. Bonnie has managed remote logistics and training on several projects as well as having experience working with remote communities. Bonnie has been responsible for target generation and 3D geological modeling in addition to QA/QC and database management.
DIANA ZOPPA
Diana Zoppa is a communications expert and marketing strategist with 30+ years of experience in brand strategy, public relations and investor relations, primarily in junior mining and precious metals sector. Co-Founder of Dicon Capital Corp (2023) and President & CEO of Zoppa Media Group (1991), she leads corporate communications and investor relations combining capital markets insights with strategic messaging and disciplined relationship management across investors, media and stakeholders. Her background includes market research, corporate partnerships, business development and precious metals media and advocacy.
BRETT TOBIN
Based out of North Idaho, Brett has spent eight field seasons in Alaska over the last 14 years working on prospects such as Johnson Tract and Skolai. Outside of Alaska, he has worked in Nevada exploring for gold and geothermal resources. As of July 2026, Valhalla Metals brought him onto the team as the exploration manager working on the Sun and Smucker properties in the Ambler District.
