Privacy Notice
Valhalla Metals Inc. (“Valhalla”, “we”) respects the privacy of the investors and visitors who use valhallametals.com. This notice explains what information we collect through this website and our investor emails, why we collect it, who helps us process it, and the choices you have.
1. Who is responsible
Valhalla Metals Inc., Suite 2700, 1133 Melville Street, Vancouver, BC V6E 4E5, Canada, is responsible for the personal information described here. Our Chief Financial Officer is accountable for our privacy practices and can be reached at invest@valhallametals.com.
2. What we collect

If you give us your email address on this site, or arrive through a link in one of our emails, your activity on this site is connected to that email address from then on.
3. Why we collect it
- To answer investor questions and send the company news you asked to receive.
- To understand which information investors find useful, so we can communicate better.
- To let our investor-relations team follow up with investors who have contacted us or joined our list.
- To keep a record of our investor communications, and to protect the website from misuse.
We do not sell personal information, we do not upload email lists or other personal information to advertising platforms, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you. Advertising cookies are used only if you accept them (see section 8).
4. Your choices
- Email. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to invest@valhallametals.com. Unsubscribing takes effect right away.
- Website tracking. Where the law requires it, the site asks before storing a visitor identifier, and you can decline and keep browsing. The site also honours the Global Privacy Control signal from your browser. If you decline, your visit is counted without being linked to you.
- Advertising cookies. These are off unless you accept them in the cookie prompt. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
- Your browser. Clearing your browser’s site data for valhallametals.com removes the identifiers described in section 8.
- The concierge. Using it is optional. Everything it can tell you is also in our public disclosure on this site and on SEDAR+.

These providers act on our instructions and may use the information only to provide their service to us. Because they are located outside Canada, your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts and law-enforcement authorities.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to a successor in a merger or sale of the business, under the same protections.
6. How long we keep it
- Website visit, presentation and concierge records: 24 months, then deleted automatically.
- Your place on our investor list: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you.
- A record that you unsubscribed or asked for deletion: for as long as needed to keep honouring it.
7. Your rights
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete it. Write to invest@valhallametals.com from the email address concerned. We will respond within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland you also have the rights to object, to restrict processing and to data portability.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia (oipc.bc.ca), the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca), or your local data protection authority.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
This site stores a small number of items in your browser so that it works and so that we can understand how the site is used. Advertising cookies are used only if you accept them, as explained below.

Advertising cookies. With your consent, this site uses advertising cookies and tags from Google, LinkedIn and Meta. They let us measure how our ads perform and show Valhalla ads to people who have visited this site when they use those platforms. These cookies are off until you click Accept in the cookie prompt, and nothing is loaded if you decline or if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. You can withdraw your consent at any time through Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Google, LinkedIn and Meta process this information under their own privacy policies and may process it in the United States. We do not sell personal information and we do not upload email lists or other personal information to advertising platforms.
9. The investor concierge
The concierge is an automated assistant that answers from Valhalla’s public disclosure. It does not give investment advice, comment on the share price or make forecasts, and it is not a substitute for our filings on SEDAR+. Conversations are recorded so that we can improve our disclosure and follow up where you ask us to.
10. Children
This website is intended for investors and is not directed to anyone under 18.
11. Changes
We will post any changes to this notice on this page and update the date at the top.
